To help us get it faster, please share the following details if you’re experiencing this issue:

• The platform you’re using (Android, iOS, Windows, Kindle, Facebook)
• A brief description of the issue (lives not being received, friends list missing, etc.) and screenshots if possible
• When the issue started

I have been playing CCJS for about a year I send lives but I never receive any. This is the screenshot of the friends list and the message that appears to me every time I ask for lives.

Hi @Snow_Rider @Princess_Jessica and @johamilton apologies that this is off topic as I like to keep my streak so this thread doesn't apply to me at the moment, however there are glitches within the game causing impossible moves of which I have been part of. This has been very costly in the way of boosters and GB to overcome 😥 So I can see there are issues.
