I have lost my daily bonuses and am not getting my boosters

what can I do? I have saved my progress to my king account,uninstalled and reinstalled candy crush jelly saga but still nothing -going on 2 weeks

It seems that this wasn't a widespread issue so please try these troubleshooting steps 😊

* Follow the Windows Troubleshooting Steps

* Re-Install: As a last resort, try deleting and then reinstalling the game. Just make sure your game is safely backed up to your King or Facebook account before taking this step. To re-install your game:
* Select Start and look for the app or program in the list shown.

2. Press and hold (or right-click) on the app, then select Uninstall.

3. In Microsoft Store, select See more > My Library. Select the app, and then select Install

Thanks for helping. I did not go back to level one. i kept my levels,did as you said and still nothing. this all started when i had to Log in to my account even though I hadn't logged out after a windows update on my computer.
