I have lost my daily bonuses and am not getting my boosters

what can I do? I have saved my progress to my king account,uninstalled and reinstalled candy crush jelly saga but still nothing -going on 2 weeks

1. Follow the Windows Troubleshooting Steps
   
2. Re-Install: As a last resort, try deleting and then reinstalling the game. Just make sure your game is safely backed up to your King or Facebook account before taking this step. To re-install your game:
3. Select Start and look for the app or program in the list shown.
   2. Press and hold (or right-click) on the app, then select Uninstall.
   3. In Microsoft Store, select See more > My Library. Select the app, and then select Install

Hi and welcome to the Jellies. When you uninstalled your app did it also bring you down to level 1 or are your levels correct? If so, you will need to do a soft reset on your game. Just log out of your game and let it set a few seconds. Then log back in with your email and password. Lets see if that works for you. Please let us know 💕

With you uninstalling it you would have lost the boosters that you had already collected.
