what can I do? I have saved my progress to my king account,uninstalled and reinstalled candy crush jelly saga but still nothing -going on 2 weeks

Thanks for helping. I did not go back to level one. i kept my levels,did as you said and still nothing. this all started when i had to Log in to my account even though I hadn't logged out after a windows update on my computer.
Hi and welcome to the Jellies. When you uninstalled your app did it also bring you down to level 1 or are your levels correct? If so, you will need to do a soft reset on your game. Just log out of your game and let it set a few seconds. Then log back in with your email and password. Lets see if that works for you. Please let us know š
With you uninstalling it you would have lost the boosters that you had already collected.
