Sometimes when you re login it takes a little extra time to sunc the process so as mentioned by freddy try to play and clear one level and i hope your progress will be restored.

@genaheath Hi and welcome. Please try playing a level on your device to see if this forces your game to sync to the server correctly as sometimes it needs this. If this does not work please see post below for help to get your levels restored

If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
