I paid for 100 gold bars and I received a text alert that the transaction was successful. Immediately after the transaction, Royal Championship said "Sorry, something went wrong" and when I reloaded the game, my gold bars were gone. I paid $14.99 for them and I'd like to know how to get my money back or receive my lost gold bars. Who do I contact?

For complaints regarding purchases, please contact support. We in the Community can only show the way to this, because the complaint requires very personal data which is not to be made public.
