@Kazza3571 Hi and welcome, Hi am not sure why you did an uninstall to try to get RC back but in the case of mobile devices the boosters are stored on the device itself. So if your Device or game crashes, you uninstall or even change device, the boosters are lost and are not transferable / recoverable. Unless you had any unused purchased boosters and then you could contact customer support from your game regarding these.

Please, who advised you to uninstall and re-download the game?
If you do this, all boosters will be lost because boosters are only stored locally, i.e. on your device. If the game is uninstalled or they delete your data in the settings, the boosters are irretrievably deleted. They don't get it back.
Only the gold bars and their game progress are stored on the servers when logged in through a King account.
I'm sorry for them, but your booster can't play them back.

Hello, if you uninstall the game, boosters will be lost because they are stored on devices. Unlike computer, they will stored directedly on game server.
But in Royal Championship, your power-ups will be saved on your own account and they won't be lost even you uninstall the game.
