Thanks for the heads up, as a volunteer here who doesn't use Facebook I wasn't aware of that?
However it has been reported and is being investigated.
There is an article in the Help Centre above though if that helps.
It's 5 am where I am and time zones can be a little tricky :0)

First of all: thanks for your patience while we investigate this. These types of issues are not easy to reproduce and tackle. Having a closer look at the screenshots you provided, it looks like both of you were accessing the game through a bookmarked page, so there's one more thing we can try out: can you please open the game in incognito mode and without using the bookmark? This can help us see if the problem is a broken link.

The way i play is like a cycle, I have 4 games that i usually play on FB. Those games are Sugarwitch, Sugarwitch hexa blast, then CC jelly and finally CC soda. I only recently started the CC friends, mainly because the CC jelly refused to load. The only game that is actually bookmarked is Sugarwitch, the others are accessed through the "My Games" option through Facebook's setup, on the right hand side of the page. CC jelly and CC soda were never the bookmarked pages They were always accessed through FB

It has now been a month I have cleared cache three times, cleared browser history 4 times, cleaned my computer so many times, it flinches when I walk by and nothing has worked, I guess it was meant to be, because Sugarwitch took their game off FB and went mobile, SW and this game were my top 2 for levels of the 5 I play (SW 1867, CCJelly 1850, CCSoda 1670, SW Hexa 1478 and CC friends 370, but just started a month ago) . Soon as I post this, I am removing this game from the my games list on FB. This is not my problem, I have done everything asked. This is a problem on your side, and i'm tired of bothering. I waited a month, it hasn't been fixed so bye. I just took a screenshot at 6:59 PM today posting it as well, this is my last post in this forum, BTW CC Soda has never failed to launch during all this, this is why i say this is a problem with your servers or coding and not on my end

jelly doesnt work am having the same issues - it hasnt loaded for days - but hey you seem to be ignoring the problem - ah well - I play soda and candy crush and they load great thanks - its jelly everyone is having problems with

Been doing it for over a month now for me, I originally posted this thread after a week. I have cleared cache scrubbed history and cleaned my computer so much it flinches when i walk by, not one single thing has helped, so i just removed it from the games section of my FB.
