I play on the browser, i never play through the Gameroom and jelly is still offline for me, just updating

Mine, too. Running the game about 30 minutes and it is sudddenly crashed

I have done all that, I even tried edge browser (never used it before this) and the game is still refusing to load. As i said, I also currently also play CC soda and it always loads. I do also play CC with Friends, from my windows options, not browser. both of them work fine, I would assume all three use a similar coding (graphics are identical) so it seems something is corrupted within the game. I haven't put a ticket in, because i don't spend any money with the game at all (hehe maybe that's the problem huh?) so i doubt they'd even look at the ticket

Yes I am having the same problem for 5 days now! I have tried everything I know what to do. Why is it still not fixed & working I have tried it on different platforms

Since you said those playing on Facebook is a Facebook issue- why doesn't some big shot from KING call Facebook and get this issue resolved. Its a money maker for Facebook. Whats extra odd is Candy Crush Jelly is no longer even listed on the games that FB offers.
