This may be a device issue and so housekeeping maintenance is a good troubleshooting step :0)
General Maintenance: Check Game App, Device and browsers are up to date.
Clear the cache and history of Game App and Browsers. 2 GB of available space is recommended on devices.

Yes I reported it last week and if it continues after trying the troubleshooting steps we'll get ID's and device info :0)
