You can't, the only way currently is to watch an Ad whenever it appears. The option for an Advertisement for a life is not available to everyone at all times. It comes several times a day but not for all 24 hours.
You can try to participate in the Community Wide Contests or the Jelly Community Contests

In all games here you can receive lives through your Facebook friends and ads yes..
⬅ In jelly you have the daily lives you can receive friends from and ask for them also (Pink Envelope on the right side of the screen, in game)
⬅ The great thing about Jelly though, is that you also get bonus hours worth of play instead of just friends giving you lives 🥰
⬅ Also, my buddy Valentina, sent me 25 mins of free game play, whilst playing the Secret Safe Mission in game...another bonus...a great new feature to Jelly, getting it's 2nd Trial run in our Community 🤗
⬅ The Safe mission also gives buddies "Skills" that send free boosters 😎
⬅ There's also Allen who lends a hand with free Boosters in game also
⬅ The Episode Race in game also gives Gold Bars and Boosters to help out also, another new feature being trialed in Jelly, so it helps purchase lives, if that's what you choose
⬅ Which also means that you have a greater chance of earning these community badges for passing levels in a week, helped along with all the above features 🥳
