Who do I talk to about a frozen game when I should have won. This is the second time this happened.

I had all my power balls and such I was forced to close each time not very happy can I please get a refund?

@brennant13 Hi and welcome,

Hopefully the tips from @Lady_Sarina will help resolve you issue, but unfortunately this does happen and there is nothing more than the troubleshooting tips we can try. Other than that all you can do is force close the game and try again. Hopefully the troubleshooting tips help to prevent this happening to often.

I won on my last life after several tries but the game froze! Now what? I’m sure if I close the app and restart I’ll just have to beat it again…later when I have more lives but my double fish daily reward will be expired! Also, I requested by level 2000 badge weeks ago…nothing yet!
