Hi @Princess_Jessica . Your valentine's plans sound very nice.
Personally I don't like holidays where you are required to spend money on gifts and such. Thanksgiving is my favorite day. It's all about family and wonderful foods. For valentine's I will get several doz roses, but I have no plans to go out anywhere
Usually, my husband and I celebrate Valentine's Day every year. Most of the time my husband surprises me with a short wellness stay in a spa hotel and a candlelight dinner.
This year, unfortunately, we don't have time to celebrate Valentine's Day in February. We have to pack boxes for our move and make a partial move to our new apartment. But we will celebrate the day next month when we have everything unpacked and furnished in our new apartment. So Valentine's Day will take place a little later this year.
While my husband is out with the moving company on Valentine's Day, I will be with the children and take care of our granddaughter. Valentine's Day is the children's getting-to-know-you day / relationship day and they will go out in the evening.
