Why can't I play on iOS 10 anymore?

Hello Jellies!
Starting from April 4, it will no longer be possible to play Candy Crush Jelly Saga on iOS 10. That means that if your device uses iOS 10, you won’t be able to play any new levels, and you won’t receive any new features or events.
Online Player vs Player features will also be unavailable when playing on an older version of the game.
How to check which IOS version I have?
- Go to your iPad or iPhone's home screen, then touch the "Settings" icon.
- From there, select "General."
- Next, tap "About." You'll see all of the information about your device, including the version of your iOS device.

Hi everyone! In regards to the recent announcement, you might have some questions or concerns.
Please note that these news will only affect the following devices:
Phone: iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, and iPhone 5c
iPad: iPad2, iPad (3rd Gen), iPad (4th Gen), and iPad mini (1st Gen)
iPod: iPod touch (4G), and iPod touch (5G)
If you have any of them, update your Apple device by taking these steps:
- Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
- Tap Automatic Updates, then turn on Download iOS Updates.
- Turn on Install iOS Updates. Your device will automatically update to the latest version of iOS or iPad OS. Some updates might need to be installed manually.

I am also level 6625 and I have iPhone pro xs max and iOS version 16.4. There are no new levels. I’ve been playing for many years and even spent money. What a disappointment and I bet there are many customers like me that you will now lose. It seems your technical team should be able to fix this.

Please note that our Studio is working on updating a new version on iOS, which will automatically unlock the next levels. We're expecting the release today! Please let me know, if you're able to see further levels or not 🙏
