It could be a few things please first check for any pending updates be sure you have a strong Internet connection and a minimum of 2 gig of free memory
Log out of everything and leave your device off for a moment or two

Hello and thank you for your answer. There are always problems on FB. I would therefore recommend that you get a King account. You can sync King account with FB account. This is in the help center and follow these steps. I would also recommend you download an app. Then you won't have so many problems. If you have any further questions, please get in touch!
