I have screen recording of many times this has happened.
I gave the game ID you asked for and then you ask for ticket number without telling me where I find that. No one has given me a ticket number.
many posts indicate others have been having the same problem but have given up trying to get an answer.
I am starting to wonder if that’s what you are hoping I do… just give up
Is it your hope players spend more $$ because points and levels earned are strategically erased?

I know it well. Have you checked for an update and cleared the cache?
In my experience, after freezing, I don't close it straight away, but
wait and then it continues.
Do you have an old device? If so, this can happen. If you hard an old
device, you can no longer play these games fluently.
I have now bought a new tablet and it is working well again.
