My 9 GB was not transferred to me. I would like to say something else: I and other players have noticed the viewing of advertisements and unfair distribution of extra moves and boosters. You look at the commercials and you only get half of it and not everything. I had often read it myself from the players and there had already been personal conversations about it. I don't think this is fair for the players and the system should be checked?

I apologize for answering just now. It’s not the same like before that I visited the Community more often.

But I support you on this.

I am surprised that you haven’t received your lost 9 gold bars due to different issues that the game has. If they give 30 GB to other players that win a contest so easily, why not replacing your 9 GB that they stole from you? 🤔

I have experienced issues when watching the 3 adds they offer. Just to give some examples of what I was experiencing yesterday when I was close to win this Level. They gave me the option of playing the ads to win more lives and color bomb so I could be able to pass the Level but as soon as I started to do so, I got this error. If you observe and try to make sense of the problem, all they wanted is for me to lose.

This is extremely unusual that I get this in my game and this error appears only at their convenience. I am sure of that.

Then later, when I was close to win the race, my game froze and forced me to quit because by quitting, I would lose all the balloons boosters 🎈 and help from Allen! I did all kind of things to keep the game alive but it was impossible. At the end I had to quit and lose everything from Allen. It’s obvious that this is a dirty trick that the Studio and their bots 🤖 play to me. 😡

If I play again tomorrow and it happens to me again, I'll take the pictures. It can't be that it happens all the time. So it is intentional. We players notice exactly when there is a problem or it is intentional!!!

I just want to say something about fairness for the players. If there are so many problems in the game, you shouldn't start competitions. I just don't think it's good or right. It's my honest opinion.

Sorry for the late response….

After so many problems during game play, I came to the conclusion that these famous glitches could be something intentional. Your game gets frozen if you’re about to win a Level. You start using and loosing your boosters. They force you to use your gold bars in your inventory. And if you don’t have any of those, they kind of force you or manipulate you into buying them. But I know you will not do that. Me either, 😉

Did I tell you that recently the Studio removed Allen from my map? I had it for a long time. 😔 Of course…without the help of Allen it is hard for me sometimes to advance to the next Levels. I am sure The Studio knows that.
