I had microsoft remot into my system, the problem is not on there end. My Candy Crush Jelly still will not load
Thanks for posting this @Princess_Jessica. I just posted a message and I think it went through. So I'm going to see if this posts now. Maybe whatever was wrong this morning has been fixed.
@Spinnifix why do you care that @Werner_Cichy mentioned another game with the same problem as this game? If Soda is having the same problem as Jelly why can't he mention it here? I play both games and I'm happy that he wrote that because I might have the same problem as he does. Is there a new house rule where you can never mention another game in a game support area that isn't that game?
DaisyShift, I too did everything in the email. No luck. But, luckily I can load it from FB and it was current. If you have FB check that.

The Candy Crush Jelly app on Windows has not started since the last update on March 01, 2024. The issue is known and has been reported. The studio is already working on fixing the bug.Β Β
I have a comment from @_Elsa_ she for some reason is unable to even post a comment in jelly right now π
This issue is affecting so many players and I truly apologize for this but hopefully it will be resolved soon π€

Restarting the App did not work because the issue is with the game itself, and not on your side!
Did that multiple times
Close your app then try to re-start your windows. Maybe it will help you.
