Has the issue with Candy Crush Jelly Sage been fixed? If so, what can I do to make it work for me?
This is like day 10 and still not fixed. I'll move on. I don't think King cares about CC Jelly as it's not the big money maker as CC or CC soda.
Tried logging out and then back in - still won't open

Thank you for telling us about that @_Elsa_ I'm thinking you may be right about it being on a the Microsoft platform. So whatever the glitches are I hope they fix it soon so our devoted players can get back to having fun.
Also about making payments and now it's got issues I hope that when the issue is resolved no one has any problems with the boosters and things the paid for but I'm sure if anyone has any issues it will get refunded or added back to your game I just want everyone to know not to worry we will do all we can to help you and make sure you don't lose anything 🤗

I can't sign out and back in when the game won't even load! When is this going to be fixed. King has had plenty of time!

It's not Windows 11, Thet updated the program, now it won't open. 4 days now.

Thank you for your thoughts. I totally understand about the phones. I always play on my phone because when I finally shut down for the night here is when I go to the couch and play a few games for fun. Hope we get some kind of fix soon for all and get back having fun💕
