Hi Maggy, we ask that you do not uninstall your app. When you do that you loose all of your boosters. You can always do a soft reset, which is log out and log back in, and you will loose nothing. But even that will not work on the problem we are currently having.
Yes, you will be able to get back to your original level once they find a fix. We ask for your patience. 🤗

If you have reinstalled the game, play level 1 and then log in again with your details. Then you are at your current level. Good luck
Finally got somewhere that knows what's going on. I have reinstalled the app will I have to start over when it's fixed?
