Not fixed with me. I hope I don't loose all my boosters or my place in the 7000 level!

Well first of all I am so happy it is fixed. But DO NOT UNINSTALL your game.
I am guessing you are now on Level 1?? If so please log out of your game, let it set a few seconds, then log back in with your email address and your password. If you are still on Level 1 , play that level, then log back out and then back in. You should get your levels back. ๐ค

If you uninstall the game and then install it, you'll be back to level 1. Don't worry. Please play and complete level 1 and then log in with your details. Then you are back at your current level. If you have any further questions, get in touch and I'll help you.

This is still not working
Boosters are always lost when uninstalling. If you bought booster, we can help you with a receipt. Only then do you have to go โin contactโ. Before you uninstall a game please come to us and we will help you. It doesn't always make sense to uninstall the game.

I'm so sorry that you lost hard earned booster's. I get it I do as I to have been in your place. It is frustrating. Do you have any screenshots or proof of what boosters you had? I'm going to tag our CM @Snow_Rider to see if there is anything we can do to help you ๐ค
So, their fix was to take away all progress on the game! How frustrating to have to start over again at level one after playing for years!
It is working today. Finally fixed
Does this mean I will have to start all over? I was in the 2000's and don't want to start over because the game won't load properly. Any suggestions?

Friday 8th March 2024. So it reinstalled and low and behold it/King have stolen my Boosters, this has always been a King problem created by yourselves. NOT the fault of the players, my Question is SO why do we lose our hard earned Boosters because of your mess up?? I have been playing for years on King and you don't make good when you mess up?? Hi, please don't do a reset or anything as of right now. That will not work for this problem. We are hoping we will get a fix soon ๐ค
I have 140 lives on Windows 11 a reset could take those away too.
