Well, I’m honestly not sure from which app service to use. Apple game store or google. I have an iCloud acct linked as well. But that was an accidental creation on my part.

Which account did you use to play jelly?

I believe google. I’ve had this account on my previous devices, both android & Apple. Most recent I believe is Apple.

Well in order to get back to the level you was on you will have to log into the account you used back then when you download the app and open the game and it will say log in you will have to use the log in information you used back then to get back into your game back to the level you was on 😊

Hello!
If you need to start the game, please play level 1 again and complete it. Then you log in with your data. Then you should be back to your old level. I hope that I could help you.

Your welcome like I said before hopefully it will help for you to start the game play level 1 then log in using your old login information it should return you to your old level I have also asked for help for you from the CM so maybe @Snow_Rider can add some useful help to you 🤗
