Hey @Princess_Jessica, tackling the hard levels can be a real challenge because that's their purpose, right?! Even though we might not enjoy them, if only a few players are struggling with a level, it could actually be a nod to the design team's skills rather than a flaw in the game. Being stuck on a level isn't much fun, but taking a break can shift your gameplay pattern and alter the algorithm, as the board doesn't clear the same way every time. I personally conquered all levels in Candy Crush Soda without resorting to YouTube or hints, as that defeats the purpose of gaming β it's meant to be tough.
If you're in it for the bragging rights, maybe try out 52 card pick up! π π€£ππ€£ππ€£ππβ¨πI'm joking!!! Don't play it's awful!! Now go back and crush that hard level!!! Buy boosters! They unfortunately are a must for successful gaming!!

Thank you for sharing that and your right. If everything was simple then we would all beat the games and what's the point right? So these games are designed to keep us playing. If I could beat the games I would get bored and walk away. But the challenging levels keep me coming back π€
Hi! Thank you for responding! π I absolutely want to reach the end of the map which is why I am so frustrated. If they had set the game up as simply win or lose, no points, no star levels, then that would be fine. Great, I can move on. They chose to add stars though, which to me, are like mastery awards for each level. Score higher and you achieve more stars. I want to see all three stars on my map for each level. Itβs a goal built into the game and I fully intended to strive for it. It disturbs me greatly to move on without fully mastering the level with three stars. I know there is no actual benefit to them outside of my own personal satisfaction. It seems though, on this level, they had an achievable version and then changed it so that it is completely unachievable which would be pretty crappy to do to players. Makes me wonder if future levels are also set up to be unattainable. I know some levels take longer to pass/master, but I have been playing this one for weeks and have literally won in two moves, won with all kinds of special candies on the board, all kinds of variables, nothing gets me even close to three stars. I love jelly and want to continue, but not if the game is rigged.
What level are you struggling to achieve 3 stars in?
The games adhere to specific algorithms and are computer-operated. The computer can swiftly assess all available moves, maintaining a tidy and structured board. It prioritizes hitting black swirls or cookies over candies. Keeping this in mind while playing will prompt you to try different move combinations. Sometimes, following the computer's suggestion aligns with your strategy, but other times, it's essential to stick to your game plan without succumbing to the urge to follow the highlighted move. Similar to any game, the aim of the designers is to heighten the difficulty as you progress through the game levels, occasionally leaving only one solution to a puzzle. In my view, boosters have become an integral part of gaming, and creating a challenging game while considering booster usage can put players at a disadvantage if they opt not to use them. Just something to ponder.
I encourage you to read and respond to this discussion as well. as it pertains to rushing to complete all levels πβ¨ππβ¨π

@Spinnifix , since you often motivate players to rush through levels, consider the following discussion. Remember, the gaming journey is about the experience, not just finishing quickly. While some prefer to win swiftly and move on to the next game, others enjoy the process. Just some points to ponder.
