hi! I accidentally logged out of my candy crush account and can’t log back in using my facebook account. It is saying wrong email and password combination. How do i log back in? I do not want to lose my progress.
Hi sorry you are having this problem. Please do a soft reset on your phone. (Do Not delete your app)
Please log out of your phone. Then turn your phone off, let it sit for a few seconds.
Turn your phone back on and log in with your email and password.
Always be sure your phone is updated also. 💕
I don't have this problem on my iPad, but for some reason I have this issue on my iPhone. How should I go about this?

Update: my account has been restored!! It just suddenly started working again when i tried this morning. Thank you for your support..

Thank you for trying. I have read on other posts that they were having the same wrong email/password notification when trying to connect candy crush to fb. The moderator said it was some sort of glitch. Unfortunatelt for me, I accidentally logged out of candy crush completely so now I can’t get back in. Very disappointed..

Thank you for your reply. I have clicked the button saying “continue with facebook”. It then takes me to a screen where it says “you previously logged in to candy crush using fb”. But when i click continue, it says wrong email and password combination. It doesn’t ask me to enter my details.
