Dear Elsa You can add friends in FB. You can also get information there. This is not the case in King. Thats what I meant. We have nothing in King.

@Nikolaos_Prodromidis it's definitely not a rule that the GMs are not allowed to tag. It's the fact that this Vanilla platform is not working well at all! They can't tag as they tried in the past in a spoiler box. The players weren't getting those tags so from what I can see, the GMs have been adding a handful of players in a tag to get them to see the message, like you are now doing with a handful of us. The activity in the community has gone downhill since the crew created a mess so I think what's been happening is that the contests are not as active and with the tagging not working it sounds like it's frustration for the GMs not to have a spoiler box with tagging names.
And now Vanilla has a new problem! I have to click on "Reply" twice to get the original message to be added to my new message. First time that I try nothing happens. I have to go back to the message and click on it a second time before it shows up!
@Racoon7 you might be right about players spending more time on an event, such as RC,than in the game but why get rid of something that is working? Just make the player happy and make the levels a bit easier to clear and that would make them happy! Over the years I have read so many comments about King being greedy and wanting the players to buy extra moves and boosters. I don't think the game was set up to encourage players to spend more money but I can definitely understand the players getting so fed up trying to clear an impossible level that sooner or later they will purchase those extra moves in order to move on.
Hi @Cat-13! I remember years ago someone saying that each studio likes to do their own thing and they don't cross over into other games. I think this game needs something new, including new boosters such as the cake bomb that you are suggesting. It's taking too long for the Jelly studio to update the game and that might be one of the reasons why this community is not as active as it once was. The GMs can only think of so many new things to post but if no updates are made to the game how can they expect to keep the momentum going?

Can you explain what you mean that King players don't get what FB players do? Years ago, I read online that the majority of King players were using mobile devices to play the games so I'm sure that could be why they directed more things to work on mobile devices. I remember being upset after reading articles online about it because mobile for me is too small due to eye issues so I prefer playing on Desktop PC instead. As far as FB is concerned they had too many glitches in the games so I always suggested that the players start a King account because glitches weren't as crazy as they were on FB. So please give me more details on what you are referring to.

Niko, you know that I'm honest. I opened a post and introduced the tagging list. I was then told not to do it and that the mods were no longer allowed to tag. I saw it in various posts of mine. I should tag the players individually. Guaranteed it was said as many players complained about every tag. Since they received so many messages. Only I see contradictions. Sometimes they get tagged and sometimes they don’t. You know: you do everything you want here, but not what you should. So everything goes further and further downhill and nothing can be achieved anymore. So I ask myself, how is this supposed to go further and be improved?

I've already thought about it today. Jelly, like the other games, is a game. When I think of the game fair we have every year in Hanover. What's coming onto the market is crazy. And they can't even play this simple game. It's very strange and ridiculous. Don't feel like getting the game going? It would be better if people talked to us, then we would know better. But letting us down and doing everything behind closed doors is the right thing not to do.

About the R.C: Yes, I agree that more players spent time playing it, than playing the main game!! 😉
However, I don't think that this was the reason because they "got rid" of it! 🤪
The official explanation is that it was very difficult technically trying to connect hundreds or thousands of players worldwide, a lot of resources needed for this etc. There were also connection fails and dissatisfaction about this! I am partially o.k. with this.
Another reason was the "negativity" in the Community because of dissatisfaction!

The studio answered that they made the game more "challenging", but players did not agree and implemented that everything was made to force players spending more gold bars!
There are a lot to say here, and there are a lot of pages written on various R.C. threads, but unfortunately, this part of the forum has been archived! (Without any warning!)
However, I don't think that any "negativity" in the Community can affect the game behaviour of thousands of players out there who are not members and they are the vast majority of players.

I love Jelly's graphics, it is a shame there is very little pizzazz in the game. I don't even have fishing with friends any more. The team thing is poor. Rewards for episode races are poor.
I thank @Princess_Jessica and @johamilton for the Community events 🤗 and playing at the moment for daily wins, unless my team show activity, in which case I support, carry and follow through.
RC was really fun, may be more players spent time playing this than playing the main game. Maybe this is why they got rid of it?! 🤷♀️ Just a random idea.
I agree about the gold bars. I also thought of a new points. Like a cake bomb which really would help if you are playing the game and get enough points where you can move it on your game board and click on it where you need it. Also you should be able to click on your team and use them

I think that we should put all our cards on the table. The community has existed for many years and only old members can do this. This is my opinion. Maybe something can be done through this behavior. I do not know. But I always try.

The superstars used to do so much and later the presenters did too, but it's becoming less and less. A player posts in English and it was edited. The player should post in English. Plus the house rules, which are always ignored. I entered this from the player into the translator and the translator said: English recognized. What's all this about? A player posts in Spanish because Spanish is now allowed. I replied to the player in Spanish. What happened. our 2 comments have been edited and should post in English and read the house rules. 🤦♀️ You can read about this in the language post. Peggy, do you want my honest answer on this? Things have drastically changed and not for the better. Look at how long it took for the CMs to get rid of the crew that was destroying the community and posting our private pictures with very nasty comments. That should have been taken care of immediately but it took the hiring of a new CM to finally ban them. I could go on and on …… I've seen good and I've seen bad. I've seen active and I've seen silence. You guys are commenting on points and I never understood what that was all about. I joined the community to help players with their game issues. We started working with the game studios and the ideas, master list of ideas, was working for 2 games only - Friends and Farm Heroes. Those studios implemented several players' ideas. The house rules were thrown into so many messages and the biggest mistake that they made about the house rules is editing a player's message and stating that we need to follow the house rules. How many times do they think a player is going to read and reread the same thing? Tell the player in the message that is being edited what they said that shouldn't have been said instead of throwing those house rules over and over again. I just get a feeling that no one really cares anymore and I'm speaking about the teams, the CMs and also the GMs.
You are right @Spinnifix about that message "closing your account" and how active it is. Don't you think those teams should ask why they want to leave? And then try to fix the issues that are making them want to walk away? How many times will we have to ask for change? How many suggestions have to be offered before things change for the better.
I can't write anymore. Why do I keep coming back to a community that is silent, messages are edited and a very active message where players want to close their account? I come here because I want to help, you want to help and others want to help. But it seems that the teams either have their hands tied and can't help or they are fed up because changes aren't happening.
Another thing that I don't understand …………. the studio stopped the Royal Championship in this game and I wish they would tell us why? Data collected wasn't enough to keep it going? I will never understand how they collect the data and why they make changes because of that data. Why aren't they coming into the community and asking the players for suggestions or comments on the event. @Nikolaos_Prodromidis I know that you loved that event and I'm sure that you enjoyed helping the players. How long has it been since they took that down? Why didn't they offer a replacement to keep the players interest going? A teaser message about something exciting ……….
So back on the topic from page 1. It's great that some players have seen the message pop up in their game that something exciting is coming but it's a teaser and I sure hope that they stick to their word that it's really just around the corner. It sure sounds like it might just be a new event. Why not fix what you already have in the game, read the player's ideas and implement those first? I'm not working for King nor in the studio but I sure hope that it's not a disappointment when they do release something new. Only time will tell ………………….
I just want to say one more thing: I don't want to lift myself up to heaven. Yes, I know I complain a lot, but in return the contribution was to improve the community and I also worked diligently to privately share ideas and suggestions with the CM. Not only that I was the only one who shared ideas and suggestions. But what was implemented? I also shared this idea that you could make a post to record everything that has been changed and implemented. That you can see what has been done. You don't see it straight away. Where is all this? That also belongs in a COMMUNITY.
Hello everyone 😎 I would like to start a new topic. Now the Manner is going through my head more and more. There used to be a lot of activities here. Players were everywhere and numerous. Even in the contributions, ideas and surveys, there was a lot of posting and participation. Now it has become very bleak. The reason is: house rules and edits. You no longer really know how to behave. You are intimidated. You don't want to hear the truth. We have seen over the years how the players have always been worked against. The points system, you don't follow the house rules. I include everyone in that. I have seen a lot and heard from others. It's the profiles. It's a standard, but not personal. You can't design anything in your profile the way you want. You can no longer upload your own picture. Only the authorities are allowed to do that. The profile in particular should be his area for every player. The mailbox was deactivated because they were afraid that people would speak against the community. Okay, it was done too. When I came into the community, I already felt a certain fear from the CMs. That's why I always said openly and privately to the CMs: What do you have to hide? Of course there was silence. You don't really know how to behave anymore.🤷♀️ You cannot lead a community by remaining silent. You should talk to everyone. That's why a lot of players left. The new post: Closing your account is in full swing. Is this still normal for a “community”? That's why some of us try to help and improve. I was told myself, "We want to improve the community. Why don't you do anything about it? I could well imagine that even more players would want to help. I do not get it. I was in 2 game sites, there was nothing like that. The game sites also each had a community. Community means: everyone together. Talking and working together and doing everything together. There is no division between the authorities and the simple players. Even when I was an ambassador, I had the title and could edit my post. That was all. The ambassadors stood between two stools. Between the CMs and moderators and ordinary players. We didn't belong to any category and were left to our own devices.
Please tell me one thing: is this a reputable community?
