I would like to bring you here. Because the threads all get mixed up.
Many players gave insights into their technical abilities.

Thank you for still discussing with us. Because you are the only one
left. The others were already giving up. Which is understandable.
So, I have something different now and I see it
more and more. My opinion is that soon all games will be removed and
there will be nothing left by King.
I play several games and in every game there are problems with the ads
and getting boosters and extra moves.
Months ago I gave it to customer service in a game. Then I just got a
standard text about what I should do. I had done everything. This
wasn't enough and I wrote everything I could and never got any answers.
I have to be honest and say that I have never received personal answers
from the help center.
I would like to show what is going on: You should
look at advertisements and click on them. Then nothing happens and the
game starts again from the beginning. Often it is: no video available.
Or advertising was interrupted. You haven't done anything and only
mistakes come.
Or you watch commercials and get nothing and the game starts over. Or
you only get half of the 3 displays and not what you are entitled to.
I have this in every game. This didn't exist before. Everything that
looks like errors is installed. Believe me, this will all be over with
King soon. You see a lot and it becomes less and less.
Players have already given up and left. You're just talking your mouth
off. That's the truth.

Re-read their posts again. What they're saying?

Community managers say: “We hear you. We know about your problems. We always pass information about your problems to the Studio.”
But the Studio is silent. Maybe because answering the questions and problems of ordinary players is not a royal business? Or they just don't care about you and us.

I don't have any Ads in my games, so cant comment on this.
Nobody seems to want to help or answer questions nowadays, there is very little in Customer Service and this to me is very general in real life, not just King.
I find it is very sad.
In other life scenarios it very difficult to even contact such.

If you play on a PC, you won't get any ads. Only on mobile devices. I
don't believe in the tests anymore either. Because it's nonsense to
talk about tests after years. You can't keep doing this. There are a
lot of strange things going on here. Now, after years, I have my
opinion.
