When seeing this screen you normally have to select "connect with facebook", if this was your connection type!
This is the connection type I also use and selecting "connect with fb" works fine!
The only scenario I can think is that sometime in the past, on some other device you were asked to change your facebook password. This is possible for a few different reasons, it happened to me and other people I know!
At this scenario, you change your fb password on one device, but the app and games etc stay connected on all other devices! The critical detail is that if you log out fb and want to log in again on one of your other devices, you have to use the new password!
I don't know if this happened to you, but it is a common scenario!
which is what I do(connect with Facebook) when that messsge appears and my password is the same on all devices I use. So it’s nothing to do with that at all.
Even if I go into the Facebook page and press play game I get this.
Seems I’m just going round in circles here.
Hello! From my experience it is better not to
unsubscribe. Just close the app and if you want to play just open it.
Logging out may cause errors.
There are more errors in FB than in the King account. Please consider
opening a king account.
I had this happen to me once. I had to clear all cache, turn off my internet, then turn it back on. I had to make sure I had at least 2 GB of space on my phone, then log into the game. If it's a fb issue could it be a changed password and you forgot? If not have you found anything in the help center to help? If the answer is no to all of these questions please let me know and I'll get help for you 😊
I have plenty of GB space on my phone and yes I do know what my FB password is - I’ve already answered all this above.
Like I said above - going round in circles with each response comment the same as before - and yes I’ve tried to log in to my king account too. Create new password and nothing happens when I press change password
IF someone can help me retrieve where I was in the game then I’d appreciate it.
