I’ve been playing this game for years and I was at level 1251 and I got on today and I was on level 75 and now I’m mad

Hi and welcome to the Jelly community. Please do not be upset. Sometimes this happens. You will get back to your original level.

To get your levels back, log out of your game (do not Delete your app) , then log back into your game with your mail an your password. It shoud then be back to the correct level. If ot play one level, the do the soft reset again and it will be back. 💕

it won’t let me login that the issue and this is not connected to my fb and now I back at level 1 and I refuse to start over

Your game must not connected to wifi. What does it say when you try to login?

it won’t let me login and I am connect to WiFi that’s how Im able to write you back

no it says save progress because it doesn’t let me login anymore that’s the issue and you’re not listening
