II'm not getting my gifts from friends and also my lives from my friend please help me out
Hi there! I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing. Are the friends you're requesting lives from Facebook, or are they random players? If they are random players, unfortunately, there's no guarantee that they will accept your life request.
However, if you're requesting lives from Facebook friends, please ensure their game has been connected to Facebook within the last 90 days. In this case, you can ask your friends to check their game’s connection status by following these steps:

This is definitely a new problem with the game. I used to get lives ever day, but now nothing at all. I know they want to blame us and our friends, but this is a new problem with the game
I only get one life now. Even though I send out as many as 100 every day. I play several times a day and send out requests after every game. Several of my friends are definitely still playing but after checking with them, they all say they get no requests from me. This is a game issue and not that my friends aren't playing. The 1 life I get each time, is always from the same friend also. This is only been going on for the last month. Not worth playing, if you can't connect with your game friends. I'm about ready to give up this game in all honesty. Please get this fixed!! I'm on level 3235. I've been playing a long time and this game is just not what it used to be. I love it but it's become nothing but a source of annoyance for me ever since these races have been brought in. Ready to quit it altogether.

That's what I am saying one day they play and send lives then they may not play again for a week. This has been a huge issue with Jelly. I'm hoping that a better way to add friends will be implemented. We have been getting new events this year and a new makeover so fingers crossed this will be on the list for Jelly ❤️
I have the same problem. not getting lives. i get request by only two now. there has to be a problem besides people not playing. one day i get 8 or more and now zero.
I'm sorry your having a problem with receiving lives. I know how you feel. I have the same issue. The problem is our friends are randomly selected by king games or if you have fb and use a fb account the friends don't play often and or send lives 🙄 so that is why we don't get lives 🤗
this has happened to me also, I us d to get regular lives sent for months and now nothing!

If you do not receive lives from your friends, it is very possible that your friends do not play the game too frequently, or they do not play at all!
There is also a possibility for them to play the game, but not take care about sending lives to friends.
