Hi candy crush! Why i can't request lives from others? Before it os working but what happened now, it's very frustrating. Hope you will do something about this.

Has anyone who had problems with recieving free lives, has tech support fixed the issue? I know..after an update 3 or 4 months ago...is when my problems started. Still can't get free lives or get requests from other users for me to send them free lives. Been playing this game every single day..I'm on level 5608..never had this issue!!

There are alot of users having same issue. It all started after an update...and now tech support won't even address the issue.

The issue with sending and receiving free lives has nothing to do with the things you posted here. As one of many many users with this issue...that started with an update 3 or 4 months ago...thats the issue!!!..when is TECH SUPPORT GOING TO FIX IT?????????

Yeah same exact issue here too...im not playing anymore either. We should boycott until tech support fix this issue. I'm done after playing every day for 5 years plus!!!!

Was ist denn nur los ? Kann vielleicht jemand das Spiel wieder in Ordnung bringen ? 6 Leben zum spielen ist nicht viel, zumal manche Level oft schwer sind . Sollen wir kaufen , wollt Ihr das ? Es kommt von den Spielemachern ja nicht mal eine Antwort , scheint ihnen alles egal zu sein . Bin echt enttäuscht !!

I have the same issue. Have not received a life in 6 weeks! These solutions are nothing more than lies. They will not correct the issue unless people complain like crazy or leave the platform.

Seems to me there are quite a few people having this problem (I know for a fact my friends are not getting lives from me but I get them from them, because I have talked to my friends in person about it).I don't know why you say it's not your problem (maybe you have someone working in this department that doesn't know what they are doing?), apparently it is. FIX IT!!!!

to the moderators please stop posting the exact same thing to all of these comments saying this feature no longer works. You aren’t answering any questions or fixing the problem with your game. I am going to delete it
