My sister and I play and some of my other friends, Sister is at high level than me but she doesn't show up

So you are saying no names are listed in your envelope. Or that no one is sending out lives.
Can you open up your envelope and take a screenshot for me please. 💕

Hi sorry for the late response. It is just your sign in you use for Facebook. Tap on My Profile and you can log out there. Be sure you know your FB log in so you can get back in 💕

Hi and welcome the Jelly community. So sorry that has happened. Please do a soft reset on the game.
Log out of your game (Do Not delete the app). If you are using a phone turn the phone off, let it set about 10 seconds, then turn the phone back on and log in with your email and password.
It will take a while for names to show back up. Please be sure that your game is up to date.🤗
