Hi dear Jo @johamilton π€π I saw that Jess is currently living a very difficult time at the moment π’, so I am turning to you for help.
I recently noticed that my Jelly gold bars stock has not moved at all since the 9th of March as you can see in the following screen shots:

These two shots look very similar but there are 3 months activity between them as shown by the Mastery Rank.
Since the 9th of March I won 135 gold bars in the following contests:
- 50 gb in Employee Day on the 1st of April see here
- 50 gb in Monklings Monklings on 3rd of May see here
- 35 gb in Find the difference on 22nd of May see here
But apparently these rewards never found their way to my game (ID 13925962830)
I am sincerely sorry to bother with this now as you are so busy in other games; but you see, I tend to be very trusty and take for granted that rewards will be added to my game. So I hardly ever check. Just with this old screenshot did I find that this was not the case.
Do you think there is something you can do about the situation ?
