Please note that the last resort is always reinstalling the game but if you do so you will lose all the boosters. -

Thanks for tagging me @firebombmarkus. Something is going on with the games. Soda has that problem now and it’s a Facebook glitch so we have to wait for them to resolve it. This is the first that I have heard this problem in Jelly.
@lisaandscott are you logging in to Facebook to play the game? If so, that could be the problem for you. Have you ever played through the Kingdom? I only play the King games through the Kingdom because of the Facebook problems. If you have been playing through Facebook then try to play through the Kingdom to see if that works better for you. I am on my phone now so I can’t show you how to create a Kingdom account. If @firebombmarkus is online before I get on my computer in the morning he can help you create the account. Otherwise write back here and I will look for your message in the morning.
