Thanks for getting back to me. I guess I'll just have to wait until the next Harvest Rush and hope it goes away. I have a lot of boosters so uninstalling the game is not an option for me.

Hello, anybody home?? I'm still waiting on a fix to my original issue, haven't heard from anyone in quite some time.

It's been a while since my original post, any fix yet??? Suggestion, maybe have another Harvest Rush on iPhone and maybe it would fix itself???

I received the initial reward but now it pops up every time I go into the game, finish a level, check on quests/events, etc. I click on it “to get the reward” and then the lost connection message pops up. It’s very annoying!!

The screen freezing has been resolved. However, I cleared my cache, but that didn't help solve the Harvest Reward issue.

Haven’t checked that yet however now I have a new problem. I can’t check for rewards or new events, when I click on the icon with the turnip I get this and it freezes my screen. The continue button doesn’t work.

Thanks for your response. I play on an iPhone 12 and the app version I have is 6.27.15.

Not sure if this is the right place............ Passed Level 3000 tonight.

Update: Not sure what you did on your end but I'm able to play again on PC!!

It's now been over 3 months, any solutions??????
