I can't get rid of a Harvest Rush reward on my iPhone (doesn't occur on my PC). It pops up all the time and when I click on it to get the reward it says something about a lost connection. How do I get rid of it??

Just to confirm, are you saying that this image below is blocking your game and don't want to go away even if you try X it out?
Or have you simply just not been able to collect the rewards that showed up here and wondering how to get it?

We heard the update from our Farm In-charge that the freezing issue has been resolved! I will find out about the Harvest Rush pop-up!

The screen freezing has been resolved.
However, I cleared my cache, but that didn't help solve the Harvest Reward issue.

We had another farmer that is complaining about exact issue!! I was waiting for more details from them.
But, I will start with reporting both the issues from your game in the mean time👍️
Haven’t checked that yet however now I have a new problem. I can’t check for rewards or new events, when I click on the icon with the turnip I get this and it freezes my screen. The continue button doesn’t work.

I use an Android phone! Hence, not sure about the "settings"!! I know that it is a bit different to iPad though😅
Is there setting for "deleting Cache" (not data)? If so, please do that and see if it removes the glitch!

I received the initial reward but now it pops up every time I go into the game, finish a level, check on quests/events, etc. I click on it “to get the reward” and then the lost connection message pops up. It’s very annoying!!

Suggestion, maybe have another Harvest Rush on iPhone and maybe it would fix itself???

Hi, I apologise for you not having a response just yet. There actually is no updated progress about the harvest rush problem. Although it should go in between events and not hang around. The team are having issues finding the source of the problem.
You cannot clear cache on an iphone as regards apps like you can on android. The only way its cleared is when you delete the app.
You are getting the lost connection because the event has ended and so its creating a loop as the box tells you to collect, but it can't collect as its no longer there. I get that a lot on certain events over in bubble witch.
Is your progress saved using a log in? Do you have any saved boosters? If your progress is saved (either via the kingdom or Facebook) and you have no saved boosters (as the boosters are saved in the device memory not the game so will be wiped when you remove the game) I personally would uninstall the game. Reboot your phone and reinstall the game. See if that makes it go.
If you are not saving progress, or have boosters, do not do this as it will all be lost but come back and let us know.
Thanks for getting back to me. I guess I'll just have to wait until the next Harvest Rush and hope it goes away. I have a lot of boosters so uninstalling the game is not an option for me.
I understand. Just don't save too many boosters up though as a word of caution. While I do the same myself, if it comes to a point where for any reason you have to uninstall or if your phone updates even, because it's saved in your phone memory there is always that risk that they could be lost. But not only that, if you have a large amount it also means more memory use and can make the game lag. I rarely use mine though I'm saving for "one day" so I know how it goes 🤭

Could you please have a Harvest Rush event on iPhone so maybe it would fix my problem!!
They do! The trouble is because of game stability, not all events are available to everyone. They all get moved around so hopefully you will get it at some point. Just remember to keep your device and game updated 😊
Yahoo!! I did an update, and the Harvest Rush issue went away!!
Guess I "spoke" too soon. I went into my game tonight to collect my daily reward and the first thing that popped up was this…………………
I have been going into the game every day to at least collect my daily reward and there was no issue until today. I've had no new Harvest Rush event on my phone so I'm not sure what happened. I did look to make sure I still had the most recent update and I do (6.44.11).

I looked forward to getting the timed rewards with boosters on the daily reward as they were very helpful. Why get rid? It’s always the most useful things that disappear instead of the useless ones like dicey acres.
