Hmm that's odd, do you know if it kept happening or if it was just once? I'm wondering if this might be something not really syncing correctly. There shouldn't be any mechanic to "deduct" points from players, more that the game didn't really accurately pick up on the scores, but they should be corrected after some time

On Windows you can take a screenshot with Shift+Windows Key+S and then highlight the area you want to screenshot. Other than what others have mentioned here, I would try logging out and back into the account to see if it clears it as well.
