It's not just a King issue. Contact Apple or Google since all purchases go through their app stores. Unauthorized purchases by minors should be refunded, especially the first time. I have had this done by Apple, who then often help explain how to password-protect your future purchases.

iOS vs Android? I understand that can be an issue -- Apple App Store is slower to approve updates, so Android users get a head start.

I can confirm that iPhone 6S Plus has only portrait mode as of 2/21/2016.
