Well, drat, I just logged into the kingdom on soda, jelly and friends, and lost most of my boosters in soda (like, DOZENS of them)

I must admit I was naive and did not know at all about connecting to the kingdom. My back up did not fail, however, it worked fine, with the sole exception of the issue I presented here. I don't play through Facebook, just the app on my iPad. When I click the cog, my my ID is still not there, as if I had never played before. 

I don't play through Facebook, I play through mobile in my iPad. I had submitted this form previously and received a reply that directed me here and said 'someone will be along to help'. I just resubmitted the form. I will let you know if they restore my rank.
