Hello @Debtart I am just wondering if you are skipping the animations after you have completed a level.
My game has also frozen three times recently and each time it was whilst I was trying to quickly skip the level complete screen.
All I can suggest is after the 'tap to skip' screen appears do not skip the remaining animations until King has fixed the ongoing crashing issue.

Please try the following steps carefully:
• Log out of the game completely
• Close the app
• Restart your device
• Open the app again and log in using the same login method and email address that was originally used to back up your progress (Facebook, King account, or email)
• Once logged in, stay connected to the internet and leave the game open on the map for a few minutes so it can sync properly

Hello @varinderkaurbindra I haven't seen the Party Popper train in my game for a long time now and I don't think this train is widely available anymore.
One poster on here, @michimune, has discovered that you can make the Party Popper train appear by failing levels when you play offline. It isn't easy though as you have to use all of your five lives and then wait until they refresh and then use them again and so on until the train appears. You can't use saved lives for this method of obtaining the Party Popper train

I am not getting party pooper train in my game regularly even after reaching 255 moves. It's very difficult to pass the level without party pooper and no one can use so many gold bars to purchase party pooper every time to pass the game. Please help me in getting the party pooper train in my game on regular basis. Thank you.

i doubt i can do more than 18-20 hours straight of high efficienceiny playing, so no I don't plan on literally playing 24 hours. i need some sleep so maybe 4 hours between two back to back 10 hour marathon sessions

I did so myself last year and got third place on my leaderboard. Had I not played the entire time I would not have got anywhere near enough to keep up with the leaders. It's possible to do. I used to work nights so I'm used to it.

I thinks the multiplier tokens and when you use them will decide who wins.
Also obviously a person with all 6 tokens is NOT guaranteed to win if the tokens are not used strategically at the correct moment, so luck and timing will play a bigger role than skill and ability to crush this year!
I can imagine someone playing 20 hrs and winning with just 4 tokens vs someone playing 24 hours and 5 tokens! But of course someone playing 6 hours with 2 tokens has no chances against someone with 6 tokens.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
