Hello @mbb4917 and thanks for reporting this issue. I am curious if you only have 5 bags of boosters and if the last one is misnumbered. If not, it would be helpful if you could share information about the device on which you are playing and your Game ID.
In the meantime, be sure your game app is up-to-date and you have at least 2Gb memory available. It might also be helpful to clear your game cache (not your data) and restart your device.
If the issue with the Win Streak is unique to your account, I suggest you reach out to King's Player Support team through your game:
- Tap the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> Select the topic of the issue you are having and scroll all the way down and tap “Chat With Us.”
This way our Player Support Team will have your account and device information. We cannot access individual player accounts from this Community.

@QueenB I was currently in the 2nd knockouts and now the All Stars leader board has disappeared from my game
Why can I no longer participate in the All Stars when I was currently in the leaderboard 2nd knockouts and over 2 days were remaining
Please fix this thank you!

Why do the new levels all look the same? They all seem to be copied and pasted from the previous ones. All levels above 20,000 have already been done before.

Thanks for sharing all these details @99Sparkle and what you’re describing is actually linked to an issue we’re currently investigating.
Right now, there’s a problem affecting level progress syncing, and this can also impact features like Weekly Progress, Episode Race, and other events not updating or appearing correctly.
The team is already aware and working on it.
We’ll keep everyone updated there as soon as we have more news, so keep an eye on it 👍

hi i have played candy crush saga for several years i didn't face some issue like this the achieved levels in Microsoft are not reflecting on mobile app please help since iam playing in the same in both for long time
