In my cybersecurity profession I worked for a number of casinos. Most people don't know that slot machines are just Windows machines running a game cartridge. Pay out of the machine is a configurable setting. A setting that is adjusted often to ensure the casino remains profitable.
By law casinos have to have a certain pay out percentage of total revenue. Usually only 12-17%. That's across the entire casino. So if table games are experiencing higher pay outs slot machine pay out settings are set lower to compensate.
Something like that could be going on too. Blue candy pay out set higher for some players.
Regardless, I've uninstalled. Too pissed off now to ever play Candy Crush again.

Hi i used my multiplier bonus on my last game but only 2 mins of it and it obviously deactivated when the game is over but i made it to the next round and so when the competition activates again does my 28 minutes multiplier reactivate for the remaining 28 mins? Pls help!!

Hello @Debtart I am just wondering if you are skipping the animations after you have completed a level.
My game has also frozen three times recently and each time it was whilst I was trying to quickly skip the level complete screen.
All I can suggest is after the 'tap to skip' screen appears do not skip the remaining animations until King has fixed the ongoing crashing issue.

Please try the following steps carefully:
• Log out of the game completely
• Close the app
• Restart your device
• Open the app again and log in using the same login method and email address that was originally used to back up your progress (Facebook, King account, or email)
• Once logged in, stay connected to the internet and leave the game open on the map for a few minutes so it can sync properly

Hello @varinderkaurbindra I haven't seen the Party Popper train in my game for a long time now and I don't think this train is widely available anymore.
One poster on here, @michimune, has discovered that you can make the Party Popper train appear by failing levels when you play offline. It isn't easy though as you have to use all of your five lives and then wait until they refresh and then use them again and so on until the train appears. You can't use saved lives for this method of obtaining the Party Popper train

I am not getting party pooper train in my game regularly even after reaching 255 moves. It's very difficult to pass the level without party pooper and no one can use so many gold bars to purchase party pooper every time to pass the game. Please help me in getting the party pooper train in my game on regular basis. Thank you.
