Sometimes an issue that a player experiences is related to their device rather than the game. So, we first suggest trying the following troubleshooting tips to maximize the chances of the game running more smoothly for you:
- Internet: Ensure you have a strong and stable Internet connection.
- Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.
- Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? We recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
- Cache: Clear your game cache. Do NOT clear your game data -- that is where your boosters are stored.
- Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Since multiple players are experiencing this issue, it could also be related to Facebook if you play on that platform. Have you searched our Help Center for other suggestions regarding syncing issues?

Got to level 21850 on iPad and ran out of life. Switched to phone and still at 21846. Restarted and repowered both devices. No help

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing problem.
🔔 Update (April 9):
The issue that was causing levels and progress not to sync correctly across devices after the recent level release has now been fixed.
However, some players who were already affected may still notice that their progress, levels, or events are not updating correctly.
What you can do:
First, restart your game and make sure you’re connected to the internet
Play and complete one new level, then return to the map
If you use multiple devices, open the game on your other device after that and check if your progress updates
Still not working?
If your progress is still out of sync after trying the steps above, please contact Player Support so they can take a closer look at your account:
Open the Game app and go to:
Settings (cogwheel) → Account & Help → Help Center → select any topic → scroll down → Contact Us

II clicked on the coconut wheel booster before playing. It must just be the way it is no because it happened on the level(9092)I'm on now as well. I played a level not to long ago where I received several throughout the level. Thank you for responding.

When you say you only got 2 Coconut Wheels, do you mean:
- the boosters you received before starting the level, or
- something that happened inside the level while playing?
And what were you expecting to get instead?

Feedback on All Stars Event – Matchmaking and Fairness
I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding the All Stars event.
Currently, players with very different profiles seem to be competing in the same brackets. For example, newer accounts at lower levels (e.g. around level 3000–5000) are able to progress through significantly easier levels at a much higher rate, compared to long-time players who are at endgame levels (10,000+), where difficulty is considerably higher.
This creates a situation where:
- Progress speed is not comparable
- Score output is not aligned with actual player skill
- The competition becomes more about volume and account stage rather than experience or mastery
As a result, the term “All Stars” feels misleading, since players are not competing under similar conditions.
A possible improvement could be:
- Brackets based on level ranges or difficulty tiers
- Separation between new accounts and veteran players
- More emphasis on skill-based metrics rather than raw progression
The event is engaging and competitive, but it would benefit significantly from a more balanced matchmaking system.

"Advanced" Daily Stamps?
I just got a notification regarding "advanced" daily stamps, which seems to be offered in addition to the regular stamps. It seems to me that the advance stamps offer the same exact rewards as the regular, so what exactly is the point?
