Could you please try the steps below:
- Close all apps and restart your device (since you already did this you can skip it if you want, but I would advise to try again, just to make sure all steps are followed in order):
- You may need to tap Restart > Restart.
- Check and update your Android version and the game app
- Temporarily free up space by clearing app's cache. This is a short-term solution. Over time, cached data will build up again. To clear cache, please go to Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Saga > Storage >"Clear cache" *ONLY*
- Make sure that you have sufficient memory on your device. We recommend having at least 2GB free - to check this see this link

Please, try restarting your device and make sure you have the latest game app version installed! If this keeps happening, please report this issue to our Player Support team as they are actively collecting reports like yours in order to be able to flag this to the developers.
You can reach them by opening the game app and go to:
Settings (⚙️) → Account & Help → Help Center and select your topic → scroll all the way down and select "Contact Us"
