This is legendary hard level and you definitely need boosters. Try to obtain all the required gumball first to make the gumball machine disappear from your game board. I failed on first attempt and I can't give you any good advice here.

Hi @Astevtrang you need to register your account by login your email and giving a password in your game app from either your Labtop or old phone. Please remember that only one progress is saved in one account, one account can't have two progress. If your progress in your Laptop is different from your old phone, then you will need two different account to save your different game progress.

After you login your email and password to your Laptop or old phone, open game app in your new phone and login with that email and password. Then, you are done.

If you want a refund then you will need to use the refund process of Google Play.

If you want the gold you purchased then you might try contacting King using the Help function of your game

I think King are trying hard to remove the advantage in the mid level ranges by use of jelly fish and events (giving out timed colour bombs and more super chargers for lower level players and then to present them with a double colour bomb combo on the opening board is a simple way to boost their chances in events)

As you have said many times the All Stars is not a lucky draw, they don't need to make it fair, ensure everyone has the same chance to win it, it is just a money earning event in King, so why would you change your mind suddenly to think they are using their precious resources to increase the fairness?

I am pretty certain from my own games that "boosters unleashed" actually records the number of boosters the game gave us for free or for watching ads plus any boosters we bought.

According to the dictionary, "unleashed" means released, so I think this means how many boosters we have used/released on a level.

When a player open a level, there are some boosters are spread on the board, they come from win streak bag, watch ad before starting level, activate starting boosters, I think these boosters have been counted and any boosters have been released while playing a level regardless of the player has passed this level or not.

Candy Unwrapped is giving us lots of useful data. And I don't mean just our own data but that posted by others as well. It explains what data King collect and store about our games and may well explain what leads King to ban some players from participating in tournaments.

Candies collected per level is not that informative for us. The data for higher level ranges is much higher in Candy Unwrapped (800-1000 for high levels, 500-700 for lower levels) but there are more colours per level, there are 4 colour levels with colours other than the blue/green/purple/orange that we see in levels 1- 4000. Candies collected depends on speed of playing, which is much slower in the upper level ranges due to multiple layers, sour skulls, order locks etc. I think King are trying hard to remove the advantage in the mid level ranges by use of jelly fish and events (giving out timed colour bombs and more super chargers for lower level players and then to present them with a double colour bomb combo on the opening board is a simple way to boost their chances in events)

The game is continuing to narrow down the number of candies of any specific colour that can be collected by the programming of the jelly fish and it is narrowing down the speed by a variety of methods (keys/order drop rates/sour skulls/order locks etc). The game knows what rewards we are given from events, features, ads etc and what we have bought over time. This way the game can automatically spot and eliminate "suspicious" players. All at little cost of wages in these days of AI.

What probably interests King most is the "boosters unleashed/level" data. I am pretty certain from my own games that "boosters unleashed" actually records the number of boosters the game gave us for free or for watching ads plus any boosters we bought. This is the data the game collects on us. If the boosters/levels passed ratio is suspicious the game may withhold the event from players. This sounds pretty much like what happened in 2025.

It's not too late to start a new account ready for All Stars 2026. My advice would be: Make sure you spend some of your gold bars on boosters, preferably spread over more than one device. Use timed boosters to your best advantage to progress in the game and earn enough gold for use during the event, but keep your gold balance in a realistic range. From the Candy Unwrapped data I suspect that King cannot track what boosters we actually used compared to what boosters we bought. Saving up lots of boosters is a risky business as glitches can occur and wipe our entire inventory. But it remains the best way to play the event to the final rounds without having to spend a fortune in real money.
