My current level:
As you can see, there is a difference between my level and the statistics from Candy Unwrapped. Also, I'm very sure I don't have more than a hundred new friends as I only have 95 in my list. I deleted a few previously but I can confirm that I didn't have more than 200 friends originally.
I don't remember why I keep replaying level 1229, it's a Hard level. Possibly hoping to get a lucky board, or get a UFO by watching ads. But, I guess I didn't get what I wanted and ended up paying for the extra moves.
Btw I'm not confident in clearing 8 jellies using 5 extra moves by watching ads.

If you still don't see the right level please force close the game, wait a few seconds, and then reopen it.If that doesn't work then please sign out of your Facebook/Kingdom account, close the game, reopen it and then sign back in again - sometimes it just needs a little nudge to make sure the level loads correctly.
If the issue persists, after reconnecting, please email this to our Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there.

This is legendary hard level and you definitely need boosters. Try to obtain all the required gumball first to make the gumball machine disappear from your game board. I failed on first attempt and I can't give you any good advice here.

Hi @Astevtrang you need to register your account by login your email and giving a password in your game app from either your Labtop or old phone. Please remember that only one progress is saved in one account, one account can't have two progress. If your progress in your Laptop is different from your old phone, then you will need two different account to save your different game progress.
After you login your email and password to your Laptop or old phone, open game app in your new phone and login with that email and password. Then, you are done.

Hello @eddie197 no one here can help you with purchasing issues as everyone has is just an ordinary member of the public like you.
If you want a refund then you will need to use the refund process of Google Play.
If you want the gold you purchased then you might try contacting King using the Help function of your game
