I think this is quite interesting that King have picked this particular player for other players as well, so thanks for posting that screenshot @myname_wastaken. As Deal_One posted his friends link here several of us in the community will have him on our friends list. It is likely that Marcus was picked for us in the "role" of the "one player hard to catch", because he passed well over 200 levels per week in the previous weeks. King's computers probably expected him to carry on like that. Since including friends again I have been wondering how the app can predict player activity using real people. This does shed some light on the matter.

Since the reintroduction of players from our friends list to this event none of my community friends had shown up. I think King use a similar system to allocate players to the 1st knockout round currently being played for All Stars, so learning how players are chosen for our weekly contest remain of interest to me.
