You've made me do it and waste my precious time @michimune . I used Cornflower as it's got 20 lives from friends. After three fails this train shows up:

After five fails the fishing boat shows up.

After up to twenty further fails nothing shows up at all.

This is the same in all my accounts I think going by my recent playing experience.

Also if you have some good ideas, instead of posting them here, since it will be off topic, please create some posts and send those links here for me to read. Definitely interested in both Saga and Soda. I do play the cake event in Soda every week so I collect those lollipop hammers, but please share in a post what else I can do to build up boosters! Thanks!

Time circumstances mean I have to likely do it now or at stupid o clock in the morning. With 3 people qualifying I’m hoping for enough leeway to be able to achieve top 3 and that there are not 3 others willing to burn multiple boosters on this round.

Have you read our general tips that it's better to not join leaderboards too early @sweetcandyline . You are likely to face easier opponents if you delay playing for a while.

I am probably working off a similar mindset but only properly considered it in the last week and now can’t stop myself, which is again whether one (King in particular) feels this constitutes going against the spirit of the game.

My plan is to test using unlimited lives and unlimited booster on all 3 boosters for each level, but I will only want to test an hour or so under these conditions before going without boosters for the rest of my unlimited lives due to gold bar cost. This was why I was questioning whether I could make a purchase that would effectively give me this for a set time but don’t want to remove the ad watching ability of the account in the future.

I think I know the level where I would start my 30 min multiplier but again I need more data to confirm this.

If I was in the final knockout I would need to plan the premium boosters separately to work out the anticipated time saving to blue candy ratio but am not wasting these in practice, so it will be some guesswork.

I think scoring on blues rather than purples might make a big difference, especially with the 2-3 colour levels only where scoring should be quicker.

Thanks for that Information. I recall now how the in between each level animations were quite slow when I played the Star Tournament. So perhaps that is how King try to counteract the advantage. Don't worry about testing out speed unnecessarily. Hold on to your boosters. You deserved them watching all those countless ads!
