This level cannot be won. There are keys that go along a track, there are only 20 moves given and you need at least 30 moves for all keys to move along the track to unlock blocks for dragons to make it home. It cannot be won

my game crashed and it counted the level as lost, even though i was going to pass it, and lost both my progress in a candy royale and a super color bomb. i spent money to not lose the level so im so mad that it kicked me off! is there any way to get a refund or to get my spot back in either of those? thanks.
