Since early December I've not had any extra lives awarded , butterflies not collecting. Game just not working as it normally would. I've reinstalled the game 3 times. Please help

I have seen all of my friends watch ads in their game when they are out of moves to clear the level but I don't receive any ad in my game, I've already checked all the settings, kindly help me I am badly stuck on a level.

For a while now, when I try to log in to my game account with Facebook or my email, it gives me an error saying I'm offline, which is not the case. I've been online for a while and even used a filter breaker or VPN to make sure, but in all 3 cases it gives me an error saying I'm offline!!! Please solve my problem.

I truly do not like this little sub game and I don't want to play it. But lately when it's popping up, there is no X in the right hand corner for me to decline. It's just forcing me to opt in in order to continue playing the game this is absolutely no good. Is this a glitch? If so, when will this be fixed?
