Missing 6 hours time
I have just purchased the year end deal on candy crush. I have received the bombs and gold bars but my 6 hours unlimited time has not been received. How is this rectified?

Why can we not use our extra hour(s) when we want to? I would consider purchasing the great deal right now but it's time for bed and my 6 free hours of play will start immediately and would be wasted. When I open a chest with free time, it's rarely when I want to use it. Couldn't we bank this time and use when we want?

Help swiping won't work anymore
I ply candy crush a lot on my laptop. I can can no longer use my touch screen to swipe. I have to touch and touch. Also board is a lot smaller than it used to. I've stopped playing because of this. Help!!! Swiping still works on other games. Just not candy crush

Purchase made items not received
I purchased a bundle for $1.99 on on Monday, 12/25/17. The bundle included one of each booster along with 20 gold bars. I have not received any of these items from my purchase. Thank you.

Gold bar purchase
I tried purchasing my piggy bank a few days ago (it was full) and something went wrong. It still took all of the gold out of my piggy bank but did not transfer it to my gold bar stash. Please help
