I had over 5000 points on level 1399 and it says you only need 2000 to complete level, but it would not let me go on it says sorry you lose try again. What happened why wouldnt it give it to me?

Can you please fix level 679?
the fruit always starts in the corner and when the icing is cleared away, falls in a row. making this level impossible to pass. I've been stuck here for a while and its frustrating. there is no way to beat this level with the fruit starting above the icing. please fix it!!!

Why do i have different boosters/envelope lives on different devices?
Both are logged in to my Facebook account but I lose all lives and most boosters when I use the android tablet (compared to the ipad). Any ideas?

I lost my level while connecting to FB
I was at level 1343 or 1344. I've played for a long time connected to my FB account. When I erased FB I played a few months without FB connection without any problem. I did an upgrade this morning and the upgrade erased all my progress and I have to start all over again? No way. If I can't recover everything I'll delete it for ever.
