Game completion froze
I finally completed level 1318 having used a hammer that I purchased. The system froze so I had to refresh and it didn't progress. I don't want to keep trying to complete this level and feel cheated that I lost a hammer I actually had paid for.

What happened to my favorite game, Candy Crush? It crashes every time I try to open it.
It started Sunday feb. 14th after I tried to purchase additional lives. I'm on level 1278 ( I think, I can't remember for sure) and don't want to have to start over. Please help!! Describe your question in more detail here (at least 80 characters please)

Level 1482
I feel like this level is not functioning properly. Even though I will have three candies of the same color in a row, it says no more moves are available and it resets the board. This happens before you can make the first move. Is this level a "hard" level but it cheats you from the beginning?

Why can I not move to level 1116?
It shows a wrench & when clicked on say soon new discoveries will be added meanwhile I can play previous levels to get more stars etc. I know there are more levels than 1115????? Describe your question in more detail here (at least 80 characters please)

After holiday purchase candy crush crashes
bought the holiday pacakge Then Candy crush crashed now it opens and then Closes have reset iPad to factory defaults and still the issues persists. Feel a bit cheated. Prior to this the game kept crashing randomly incurring loss of lives. Candy crush completely unusable.

Lost saved candies.
Before the last update when I opened Candy Crush it took back to level 1 although I was at level 842. Then rebooted iPad and I was back at the right level but all saved candy boosters were gone.

In Candy Crush I send out a request for tickets & they don't get them.
I have sent out to tickets to move to the next level in Candy Crush and my niece and sister still have not received the request. I sent them the requests 3 times. Some from my phone and some from my pc. This is very frustrating.

in level 699, ive completed 3 times as it given asks to complete , but it said me to get minimum 150000 points , it is cheating with me, whn ive completed the task as it gave me at the starting thy from where the points question came ?
